Requirements :

Make on time payments & take good care of the home as a renter for 12 months and you’ll qualify for our in-house financing to purchase.

No Bank needed. No Credit, NO PROBLEM.

You do have the option to purchase using a bank if you’d like.

Purchase price after 12 month rental period $109k

You pay $1,150 down payment to get into the opportunity and to show your commitment. We will put that down payment toward you buying the home.

Make improvement during your rental period and we’ll give you credit towards your purchase price (receipts & photos required).

Must show proof of INCOME, NO PAST EVICTIONS
